Machine Features & Specifications:

• FUNCTION: To melt and impress Adhesive Film and Clear Coat™ Overlay Dry Film into/onto surfaces of wood, metal, ceramic, fabric, glass and plastic.
• OPERATION: Veneer is fed between two (2) electric hot plates, melting the copolyester film, which penetrates and / or overlays.
• COMPONENTS: Non-stick belts, driven by adjustable rollers, pass between heated plates.
• FEATURES: Available for one (1) side or two (2) side lamination. Precision adjustable for varying requirements.

“L” Series Dry Film Adhesive Laminating System

The “L” Series Sheet Laminating System is used for wood veneer, plastic, foam, board, fabric, vinyl, doors, etc. Applies roll or sheet dry film adhesives and overlays. This unique very, very safe continuous flow through inline system allows lamination to be accomplished without any solvents, toxins or water.
